Cliff began his journey in the automotive industry in 2003, starting as a salesperson and working his way up through the ranks. Over the years, he’s held key roles including Finance Manager, Internet Manager, and Used Car Manager. With each step, Cliff remained driven by a clear goal: to create a personalized, no-pressure, and transparent car buying experience that truly puts the customer first.
In 2007, Cliff founded CIA Autoplex with a guiding principle—success isn’t measured by high-volume sales, but by earning and keeping the trust of every customer. That means listening closely to each customer’s unique needs, delivering unmatched service and quality based on those needs, and standing behind every vehicle sold.
Cliff personally purchases from auctions across the Deep South to hand-select inventory, ensuring that CIA Autoplex offers vehicles that stand out in quality, value, and reliability.
