Cliff started out in the automotive industry in 2003. He started as a salesperson and worked his way up the the ranks. He held positions as Finance Manager, Internet Manager and Used Car Manager. Cliff was driven to create a personalized sales experience with a no-pressure and transparent approach to the customer’s needs. In 2007, Cliff founded CIA Autoplex with his core principle: success is not achieved through high-volume sales, but only by earning and keeping the trust of every customer. Cliff employs a “listen-deliver-stand behind” method of earning a customer’s trust. With each customer, we earn that trust by listening to his/her unique and specific needs. We build on that initial trust by delivering unparalleled service based upon the customer’s needs. Cliff personally networks at auctions throughout the Deep South to ensure that the CIA Autoplex vehicle inventory is unmatched by any competitor. Finally, we retain the customer’s trust by standing behind all the vehicles that we offer. CIA Autoplex utilizes a multi-tiered quality control protocol to ensure that every vehicle exceeds all standards of cleanliness, performance, safety, and reliability. A lifelong resident of the Jackson area and devoted family man, Cliff understands that the customer’s friends and loved ones will be riding in every vehicle he sells.
